Robert earned his Bachelor's in Specialized Chemistry at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In his 9 years in the polymer and coatings sector, Robert has formulated many polymers including Alkyd, Polyester, Acrylic and Urethane chemistries, with a focus on VOC products. As our Polymer Chemist, he designs and synthesizes polymers that custom fit into our ink and pretreatment products.

Jackie earned his Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering at the University of Akron. His research and publications span development of novel waterborne polymer coatings to improving efficiency in polymer processing. As our Material Scientist, he captures physical and application data to determine designed experiments to meet performance objectives.
